8. I'm a dealer/distributor when are payments due?
1. Distributors: Products will only be shipped after payment is received.
2. Dealerships: Dealers have 15-30 net days for payments.
9. Do you guys do sponsorships? Can you sponsor my car?
We do offer sponsorship deals to a certain extent. We have done fully paid sponsorships in the past to get sour results time after time and decided it was just customers looking for free parts. Our new sponsorship programs include below jobber prices on our entire lineup - with the exception that the car must attend shows and advertise our company products.
Currently there are no sponsorships available for 2005 calender year. All spots have been filled. In 2006 depending on how many renewals we receive, new spots will vary.

15. What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind each and every one of our products, so if for any reason you are dissatisfied, please let us know and we will make it right. We want to treat you fairly and promptly and will work to resolve any problems you may have.
All MUSSA RACING products carry a Limited Warranty from defects in materials and workmanship to the original retail purchaser of the part for a period of one-year from the date of original purchase. If such a defect appears during the warranty period, Motor Impact, LLC will repair or replace (at its option) your product without charge, except for transportation costs, both to and from our product warehouse. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable to any subsequent owners.
There is no warranty stated or implied due to the unusual stress placed on competition product(s) and/or the inability to monitor their modification, installation, and use, unless otherwise stated. In such case, Motor Impact, LLC warrants all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for normal use and service for period of (30) days from date of retail purchase.
Parts returned must be determined by Motor Impact, LLC to be defective before any warranty credit or replacement is issued. Motor Impact, LLC obligation under warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any part proven defective. The customer must prepay transportation charges. Final determination of the suitability of the products for the use contemplated by the buyer is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Motor Impact, LLC shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor. Motor Impact, LLC shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part subject to this warranty. Every effort has been made to insure the accuracy of the information presented. However, MUSSA RACING ( Motor Impact, LLC) will not be held responsible or liable for any damages caused by misapplication or typographical errors. There are no other warranties expressed or implied extending beyond those set forth above.
Off-road Products MUSSA Off-road products are designed to be sold as decorative accessories, and should not be relied upon as protection for both passengers and vehicle. The buyer assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of said products. There are limitations to the severity of impact that the products sold herein can withstand and the products are not a substitute for safe and careful driving. USSA Off-road reserves the right to redesign or discontinue products at anytime without prior notice.
Stainless Steel Limited Lifetime Warranty MUSSA offers the original purchaser a limited lifetime warranty from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover shipping damage, misuse, mishandling, road hazards, product modifications, or discoloration. This warranty does not cover cost for installation, removal, labor or shipping. This warranty only applies to new products installed on the original vehicle. The warranty covers the replacement or repair of any part or parts that are defective and returned to Motor Impact, LLC accompanied with a bill of sale and RGA number. Warranty claims cannot be determined until returned goods are inspected.
Black Powder Coat Warranty MUSSA offers the original purchaser a 3 year warranty from defects in material, workmanship, chipping on all powder coat finishes from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover shipping damage, misuse, mishandling, road hazards, or product modifications. This warranty does not cover cost for installation, removal, labor or shipping. This warranty only applies to new products installed on the original vehicle. The warranty covers the replacement or repair of any part or parts that are defective and returned to Motor Impact, LLC accompanied with a bill of sale and RGA number. Warranty claims cannot be determined until goods are inspected.
How Products Affect Your New Vehicle Warranty: Will certain parts that we sell void new vehicle warranties? The answer is yes and no, and sometimes, maybe. It is illegal for a dealership to void your warranty simply because you have made modifications to your vehicle. It is the dealership's responsibility to prove that your modification directly caused or affected the failure you are trying to resolve. With that said, some dealerships are more performance-oriented and willing to work with customers.
Unless otherwise noted or exempted, all parts are sold for racing purposes only and may be installed on vehicles used solely in sanctioned off-highway events, which may never be used on public highways. The purchaser assumes all risks and expenses thereof. Vehicle brand names, makes, and models are used for the sole purpose of identification only.
